Our terms of purchase
One copy per household rule
Due to the popularity of our previous title, there is a ‘one copy per household’ rule in place for the first 24 hours of public pre-order. You will be able to add only one item to your basket. If any further orders are placed within the first 24 hours, those orders will be refunded. If there are copies remaining after the first 24 hours (at the time of 6pm GMT on Sunday the 30th January), all limits will be removed and you can order as many as you like. This is to ensure everyone has a fair and even chance at purchasing a copy when the pre-order opens.
Acknowledgement of order
All orders receive an onscreen confirmation and, as soon as your order has gone through, you should get an order confirmation email from email@example.com – please check your junk email folder and spam filter if it doesn’t arrive. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent.
Speed of despatch
All books will be sent out using express delivery services. In the UK we use a 24 hour courier service called APC Overnight. For international deliveries we will use whichever courier service can get the books to you the fastest. We want the books to be in transit for the least amount of time.
As a guide, FedEx can often deliver to the USA on the next working day. Deliveries to Europe with Parcelforce and DPD etc. are often within 3 days. Worldwide, deliveries can take longer but we would expect them to be no longer than 3-7 days depending on your location. These times are only a guide as some things are still a little slow due to the pandemic. All deliveries will be fully trackable.
Delivery times are, however, subject to customs clearance, local services etc., which may affect estimated delivery. In case of any questions regarding delivery, please contact the delivery service.
It is our policy to replace books that are lost in the post. If you do not receive your delivery in the expected timeframe, please let us know.
Delivery to some countries has presented us with persistent problems, even when using tracked and signed for services. As a result we can only send books to Brazil, Mexico and other Central and South American countries at the risk of the recipient.
We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details of the delivery address and the postal/zip code of the recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order and on the order notification; if you notice an error after placing an order, email us as soon as possible with the correct details. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
